Room 123, an odd shaped room, plenty of space, otherwise everything you'd expect from a PremierInn room. Breakfast was well stocked and food cooked perfectly. I have no complaints.
Me and my partner stayed here for one night to go to the Christmas market. The location is very convenient as central York is just a 10-15 minute walk away! Parking is discounted at £15 a night (which I don’t think is terrible considering the current climate). The room was comfortable and provided everything we needed for the evening overall a comfortable stay!
Was a nice 2 night stay but disappointed we couldn't get breakfast if we hadn't booked. Which we hadn't. Apparently a shortage of food. Shame. But apart from that it's a good location. Staff were nice and the room was clean and comfortable
Nice room, functional and served the purpose for our visit. You know what you're getting from a Premier Inn. Friendly service, who also held onto our luggage which was welcome, excellent location to the train station.
Stayed here for a night for my first time in York and loved it. The hotel location is very convenient as it's right next to the station and shops. The staff are lovely and accommodating; kept my food in their fridge and reheated it for me. The room was clean bed was very comfortable and had a tea corner. The TV connects to mobile so was able to watch Netflix/YouTube! Also the breakfast was great. Would stay again next time I'm in York.
Our Room was clean, good size, Beds were big and comfy. Staff were really friendly, especially the lady on reception with red hair who helped me find the attractions i wanted to find Location was perfect 5 mins from train station and 5 minutes into city centre. No vending machines in our hotel but blossom street south had some but the water was mildly expensive at £3. And £4 for some sweets. Overall a great place to stay
Had a comfortable sleep and the location was great. Staff where friendly. Only down side was there was damp in various places in the room around the windows above the AC on the ceiling and in the bathroom. We only stayed one night and checked out early using the drop box so didn't complain about the damp.
Excellent location from the train station just a 2 mins walk excellent breakfast menu and great value for money rooms were spotless so overall a great place to stay
